I am a 37 year old male looking for a clean, non late night partying female roomate. I have two rescue dogs that just do not like other guys. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath house with a deck and privacy fence. I do not not stay out late and get up early to run on the weekends. I work during the day and want to make it clear that this is not a place for late night social gatherings. The price includes water, cable, and electric. I have a washer, dryer and dishwasher. I am very laid back and respectful of others. If you would like to take a look at the room let me know. The house is located across from the Kicken Chicken on Folly rd. The lease is month to month. Unfortunately, I cannot have any more pets in the house. Sorry!
